Once the NCLT admits CIRP application, it is also mandated to declare a moratorium under Section 14 of the IBC. Choose which of the following are unaffected by the moratorium:

Any pending or future action under the SARFAESI Act, 2002
Supply of essential goods or services to the corporate debtor
Any license, permit, quota, concession, clearance awarded to the corporate debtor by the Central Government, State Government which can use insolvency of the corporate debtor as a ground to terminate them
Any pending or future action against a property which is only in possession of the corporate debtor but not owned by it
