Subject to certain conditions, a financial creditor who is member of the CoC can appoint an insolvency professional other than the resolution professional. And such insolvency professional shall represent the financial creditor in a meeting of the CoC.
Section 24(5) and Proviso permits a financial creditor, who is member of the CoC, to appoint an insolvency professional to represent it. But fee for such insolvency professional must be borne by such financial creditor.
